LIST OF INGREDIENTS
100g Cypressa Bulgur Wheat Medium
300 ml water
1 cube of stock
1 tbs oil
2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
1 medium onion sliced
200g Fresh spinach chopped
200g Baby button mushrooms
Salt and Black pepper to taste
METHOD
Put Bulgur wheat, stock and water then cook for 15-20 mins on medium heat until soft and all liquid absorbed (stir to ensure it does not stick to the pan and add more water if required) or cook according to instruction on pack.
In a separate frying pan or sauce pan heat the oil on medium heat
Add garlic then fry off slightly
Add sliced onion and stir fry for few mins.
Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 min then stir fry the spinach for few mins.
Mix in cooked bulgur wheat
Add in salt and black pepper to taste
