Cypressa Halloumi Cheese
METHOD
Cut the Halloumi block into cubes
Fry the cubes in a pan on medium to high heat, turning occasionally until golden brown each side.
Remove the skin of the watermelon and cut into chunks
Toss the Halloumi & watermelon together and add fresh mint leaves to taste
Serve as a summer salad, a side dish or as a dessert. Perfect with a glass of white wine!
