GREEN OLIVE BRUSCHETTA Quantity: 12 servings You can find the Olives here LIST OF INGREDIENTS 1 Jar Cypressa Greek Halkidiki Pitted Green Olives with garlic, red pepper and herbs 100g Cypressa Feta Cheese 75g (drained weight) Cypressa Sundried Tomatoes 2 tablespoons Cypressa Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for bread Lemon Juice METHOD Drain the olives from the brine in the jar. Discard the brine solution. Rough chop by hand the Cypressa Greek Halkidiki Pitted Green Olives with garlic, red pepper and herbs, Cypressa Feta Cheese, Cypressa Sundried Tomatoes. There should be visible pieces of each ingredient. Mix the chopped ingredients with the Cypressa Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lemon juice to taste. Slice a baguette into approximately ½ thick pieces and grill both sides. Drizzle one side with Cypressa Extra Virgin Olive Oil and top with a tablespoon of the mix.
