You can find the Lentils here LIST OF INGREDIENTS 700ml chicken stock 200g green lentils 3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped 75g tahini 50g extra-virgin olive oil 3 tbsplemon juice ½ tsp Cayenne pepper 4 tbsp chopped coriander Salt Pita bread for serving METHOD Put the green lentils in a saucepan and cover with the chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the lentils are cooked, about 45 minutes. Uncover and boil the lentils over high heat until most of the liquid has evaporated, about 2 minutes. Once the lentils have cooled slightly, put them in a food processor with the chopped garlic, tahini, olive oil, salt, cayenne and lemon juice and puree until smooth. Decant the houmous into a bowl and stir in half of the chopped coriander. Garnish with the rest of the chopped coriander and serve with pitta bread or pitta chips.
