Group Rhodes is one of Europe's largest Original Equipment Manufacturers, with a reputation built on engineering excellence that spans more than a century. From our headquarters in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, we design, develop and manufacture bespoke machinery and complete turnkey solutions for some of the world's most demanding industries.

Our group brings together seven main operating divisions, including Joseph Rhodes, Rhodes Interform, Craven Fawcett, Beauford Engineers, Rhodes Environmental, Slater & Crabtree and Hallamshire Engineering. Together, these businesses manufacture and market over fifty core ranges of machinery, while also taking pride in our ability to engineer one off, bespoke solutions tailored to individual customer requirements.

Our expertise covers metalforming, material handling, clay preparation, concrete working, technical fabrication, precision engineering and special purpose applications. This breadth allows us to serve an exceptionally wide range of sectors, from aerospace and automotive to nuclear, recycling, agriculture and beyond. Many of these industries rely on our machinery for processes that demand the highest standards of precision and reliability.

We are particularly proud of our work in Super Plastic Forming and Diffusion Bonding presses, technology used to shape titanium and aluminium alloys for aerospace and automotive applications. This innovation earned us two Queen's Awards for Enterprise, a recognition of both our technical achievement and our success in overseas markets, including China.

Our growth reflects this ambition. Alongside our two Wakefield sites, which together offer more than 18,500 square metres of production space, we operate divisions in Sheffield and Manchester, as well as a purpose built facility in Bangalore, India.

This expansion has not gone unnoticed. In 2012, we were listed among the London Stock Exchange Group's "1000 Companies to Inspire Britain," and in 2015 we were ranked 29th in the Sunday Times Top 100 SME Exporters across all UK industries.
