Standard paper masking tape gives up well before 200C. The adhesive softens, the backing chars, and you're left scraping residue off a freshly coated part.
For a 200C cure you want a tape built for it. Very high temperature crepe tapes, green polyester with a silicone adhesive, and Kapton or polyimide tapes all hold their line through the oven and come away clean once the part has cooled.
