What Temperature Can Green Polyester Masking Tape Handle?

Most green polyester tapes with a silicone adhesive are rated to around 200C, with some handling short spikes above that. Always check the data sheet for the tape you are using.

That covers the vast majority of powder coating cure cycles. Where it runs out of road is anything hotter or longer, such as some plating, anodising and high temperature bake processes.
