Stud holes and valve holes need to stay free of powder, or wheel nuts won't seat properly and valves won't seal.
Silicone plugs are the fastest answer. Push one into each hole before coating and pull them out afterwards. They survive the cure and can be reused on the next wheel.
For the hub face and mounting surface, use high temperature masking discs cut to the right diameter. Hadleigh supplies plugs, caps and die cut discs, so you can mask a whole wheel quickly and consistently.
