Match the tape to your cure temperature, with a bit of headroom. If your oven runs at 180C, a 150C tape will fail. A 200C tape will do the job.

Paying for a 200C tape when you only cure at 140C is money wasted. Equally, going too close to the limit risks residue and lifting at the edges.
