Brandauer: Millions of Pressed Components to China

Brandauer have taken the recession head on and are currently sending over 3,000,000 pressed components per week to China. The components, for customers in the white goods and healthcare markets are, bespoke, difficult to manufacture, technical pressings that customers have not been able to source in China. Included in the weekly quantity are millions of welded contacted components which are produced on a modular contacting machine which utilizies the latest in welding technology. China has become a significant market for Brandauer allowing them to buck the trend of UK manufacturing in general.
