Perfect for use on both industrial and commercial sites, a Height Restrictor is designed to prevent high-sided vehicles, such as HGVs or Caravans, from accessing a site. Manufactured from mild steel all AUTOPA Height Restrictors are galvanised as standard to ensure their longevity As well as preventing high-sided vehicles from accessing sites, height restrictors can also be used to protect overhead cables. A knocking bar can be added to warn vehicles that they are approaching the height limit while an optional swing gate can be added to further secure the area outside of operating hours. What sizes are they available in? A standard height restrictor is 2.05m tall, but they can be manufactured to any height or width as required. Fixed or Swing Swing Height Restrictors offer the same protection levels as a Fixed Height Restrictor, but can be opened as required to allow occasional access to high sided vehicles. These are ideal for communal residential, commercial and industrial areas and are lockable in the open and closed positions.
