UK Company Launches Prototype for Radical Ambulance Redesign International Ambulances was formed in October 2016 by Phillip Bevan to commercialize his revolutionary new ambulance design, the “ACESO.” The vehicle has been designed from the ground up to provide demonstrably better outcomes for patients, paramedics and hospitals.
