The SEV-P is a pick and place screwdriver with automatic tool change, made for lightweight and industrial robots.
It picks fasteners rather than having them fed, with optional vacuum to hold them on the way to the joint. An expandable tool changer with RFID identification lets one cell run different screwdriving programs.
Three versions cover 1 to 10 Nm, 3 to 30 Nm and 6 to 60 Nm. It uses an EC servo drive with dynamic transducer and mounts by ISO 9409 flange.
Applications include battery assembly and disassembly.
