SER/SEB Fixtured Screwdriver with Automatic Feeding

The SER/SEB is the workhorse of the fixtured range. It delivers short cycle times in fully automated screwdriving, thanks to automatic screw feeding and the swivel arm principle.

The SER has screwdriver stroke only, with the feed stroke done by a slide or robot. The SEB adds an integrated head stroke of 30 to 60 mm, replacing a customer-side Z-axis.

Torque runs from 0.3 to 120 Nm across the SER series, and 0.3 to 60 Nm on the SEB. Speeds reach 2,500 rpm on the smaller series.

Choose pneumatic or EC motor drive. With EC motors, an optional dynamic transducer measures torque and angle, with a redundant option for Category A joints under VDI/VDE 2862.
