Fixtured Screwdriver with Automatic Screw Feeding

Once volumes go up and cycle times come down, the operator becomes the bottleneck. A fixtured screwdriver with automatic screw feeding takes the hand off the tool altogether.

Screws are tipped into the feeder as bulk. They are oriented, separated one at a time and blown down a feed hose to the screwdriving head. The next screw arrives while the current one is still being driven.

The SER/SEB fixtured screwdriver is the core of the range, with torque from 0.3 to 120 Nm. Where access is tight, the SEV vacuum fixtured screwdriver uses vacuum to hold the screw on the bit.

Fully automatic fixtured screwdriving becomes economical from around 60,000 screwdriving operations a year.
