Automatic Nut Runner with Vacuum Feeding

Nuts are awkward to feed. They tumble, they jam and they do not sit nicely on a bit. An automatic nut runner with vacuum feeding solves all three.

The SEM / SEK fixtured screwdriver uses SEM for DIN-compliant nuts, flange nuts and application-specific nuts. Sizes run from M2 up to M10.

A vacuum module holds the nut on the bit during the head stroke, and a profiled feed tube keeps it correctly oriented on the way in.

Torque runs from 0.3 to 120 Nm across five series, with interfering contours handled up to 150 mm.
