Lights, Camera, Action!

Since the disruption caused by COVID in 2020, we have seen a noticeable decline in international customer visits. While this means fewer opportunities to meet clients face-to-face, hear about their businesses, and interact on a more personal level, it has also streamlined parts of the project process.

Without the need to coordinate visas, flights, hotels, and local transport for customer visits, projects can often be completed more quickly.

As a result, we now spend more time documenting completed machinery in operation. Today, for example, we were filming several features of an extruder recently supplied to a European customer.

By the end of the project, we will have built a comprehensive library of videos demonstrating all elements of the machine running. These recordings provide clear evidence that the equipment has been completed and tested, while also serving as a useful reference for the installation stage.
