The Trafag TMP 204 is a lightweight high safety pressure gauge with a phenol case, a solid front and a full blow-back. It's built to ANSI B 40.100, making it a natural choice for North American specifications.
Safety pattern gauges protect the operator. If the measuring element ever fails, the solid front wall stops parts coming forward and the blow-back releases pressure safely out of the rear. The phenol case keeps weight down without sacrificing strength.
Measuring ranges run from -1 to 0 bar up to 0 to 1600 bar, with an all stainless steel measuring system and stabilised accuracy. It uses a Bourdon tube measuring system, C-type for ranges up to 100 bar and helical above that, a proven principle for dependable readings over a long service life. It's available dry or liquid filled.
It suits high pressure hydraulics, oil and gas, test rigs and any application where operator safety is the priority.
