The Trafag PSTD 9D0 is a compact electromechanical differential pressure switch. Rather than reading pressure at one point, it switches on the difference between two, which makes it ideal for monitoring filters, pumps and flow.
It uses a bellows measuring principle with high repeatability (±1.0% FS typical) and switches a single floating change-over contact (SPDT) through an EN175301-803-A (DIN43650-A) connector. The rugged housing carries IP65 protection with the plug fitted, and it can be mounted in any orientation.
Measuring ranges are -1 to 6 bar or -1 to 8 bar, with maximum overpressure of 8 to 12 bar depending on variant. Media temperatures run from -25°C to +120°C and ambient from -25°C to +85°C, with G1/4 female pressure connections.
It's DNV approved and conforms to EN60730-1/EN60730-2-6 Type 2.B.H, and is used in shipbuilding, hydraulics, machine tools and engine manufacturing.
