The Trafag NPN 8264 Picotrans is a compact block-style pressure transmitter with an optional flange connection. It's part of Trafag's PICO family and is built for reliable, accurate pressure measurement over a wide temperature range.
High vibration resistance and good temperature resistance make it a favourite in marine and rail. The completely welded steel sensor system, with no additional seals, uses Trafag's thin-film-on-steel technology for excellent long-term stability.
Ranges run from 0-2.5 to 0-250 bar with a 4-20 mA output and ±0.5% FS accuracy (±0.3% FS on some variants). Media and ambient temperatures run from -40°C to +100°C. Electrical connection is EN175301-803-A (DIN43650-A) or cable, with G1/4, M10x1 or G1/8 female pressure connections. It carries maritime approvals from ABS, BV, CCS, DNV, KR, LR and NKK.
Typical applications include shipbuilding, railways, hydraulics, machine tools and engine manufacturing.
