The Trafag NAI 8273 is a smart IO-Link pressure transmitter and switch that gives you far more than a single pressure reading. It measures both pressure and media temperature directly at its thin-film-on-steel sensor cell, feeding real, usable data straight into your control system.
Built on IO-Link 1.1 COM3 with a process cycle time down to 1 ms, the NAI 8273 is made for modern, connected machinery. Two configurable switching outputs (PNP, NPN or Push-Pull) mean it can also act as a pressure switch, cutting down the number of devices you need on the machine.
Measuring ranges run from -0.2 to 0.2 bar right up to 0 to 700 bar, with accuracy of ±0.5% FS or ±0.3% FS. It handles media temperatures from -40°C to +125°C and ambient temperatures up to +105°C. Optional 5-fold overpressure resistance adds a healthy safety margin, and pressure connections include G1/4, NPT, SAE and DIN options.
