The Trafag DPS 8381 is an electronic pressure switch and transmitter with an integrated display, built for higher pressure industrial and hydraulic applications. One device gives you switching, an analogue signal and a local pressure readout.
Configuration is quick, either through the device settings or via NFC using Trafag's Android app. The display and electrical connection rotate independently (335° and 343°) for easy reading in any orientation, and an integrated data logger records pressure history for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
At its heart is Trafag's thin-film-on-steel sensor, suited to demanding hydraulic duty. The measuring range is adjustable across 0-2.5 to 0-600 bar (0-30 to 0-7500 psi) with ±0.5% FS accuracy. The analogue output is switchable between 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, 1-6 VDC and 0-10 VDC. Media and ambient temperatures run from -25°C to +85°C, with an M12x1 electrical connection and G1/4, NPT, SAE and DIN pressure connections.
Typical applications include hydraulics, machine tools, process technology and general industrial pressure monitoring.
