Titan’s Pulsite® Link upgrades a standard pulse-output flowmeter into a fully configurable transmitter, delivering linearised analogue outputs and NPN/PNP pulse signals. It accepts both electronic pulse and reed-switch inputs and provides a regulated 5 V DC supply to power the sensor, simplifying installation on new or existing systems.
Choose the LCD model for clear local indication of flow rate, total, or both, with local and remote reset of the totaliser. The reflective display supports common engineering units (gal, kg, g, l, ml) and time bases (s, min, h), with 6–8 mm high main characters.
Configuration is straightforward via USB and Titan’s Interface Software: adjust ranges, enter multi-point calibration for linearisation, run output test signals, enable data logging, and stream ASCII flow data directly to a PC for easy integration with control or monitoring systems. The USB port is accessible without removing the unit.

Response: analogue update automatic or fixed at 100 ms, 1 s, or 10 s; ASCII data stream at 10 Hz.

Powered from 15–24 V DC regulated; wall or panel mount IP64 enclosure rated for 0–65 °C operation.

Pulse outputs to 2.5 kHz (pull-up/down resistor required); minimum input pulse width 0.1 ms.

Software tools include output testing, on-screen setup indication, configurable flow alarms and PC data logging. LED indicators and the optional LCD aid diagnostics on site.
