From initial concept through to live testing, the rig showcases the strength of our in-house capabilities and our focus on delivering high-performance, dependable solutions.
Designed by Graduate Design Engineer and Employee of the Year, Jack Osborne, the Cooling Test Rig allows for comprehensive functional testing of cooling systems under simulated real-world conditions. By applying operational load to the equipment, the rig enables precise fault diagnosis for existing systems. Customers are invited to bring their units on-site for in-depth assessment and troubleshooting. It also plays a key role in the early validation and preparation of forthcoming chiller installations, ensuring systems are optimised before being deployed.
