Our process
- It all starts with onboarding – this includes blending of financial information. Awareness or training on your job management systems / portal (we can use your systems or incorporate this into ours). Implementation of financial management systems.
- Master service and service level agreement – here is where we can set financial obligations and T&Cs for a framework agreement. Your service level agreements are unique for each site – during this process we would set specific site requirements, KPI’s, asset registers and an account management plan.
- Mobilisation plan – we will ensure everything from the service level agreement is put in place ready for a soft landing. This includes conducting a site visit.
