This year, we’re proud to share our efforts have once again been recognised through two important industry accreditations: JOSCAR and SafeContractor.
JOSCAR
We are pleased to announce that Street Cranexpress is now fully registered on the JOSCAR accreditation register for the second year running. JOSCAR is a compliance system designed for the aerospace, defence, and security sectors. These industries demand rigorous standards in safety, quality, and reliability, and JOSCAR helps ensure that suppliers meet those expectations.
Achieving and maintaining this accreditation is no small feat. It requires demonstrating compliance in key areas such as risk management, legal and ethical standards, and technical competence. Being part of the JOSCAR register reaffirms our trusted status within these areas. It’s more than a seal of approval – it’s an assurance to our clients and partners that our processes, people, and services meet the exacting standards of some of the most highly regulated industries in the UK.

SafeContractor
Alongside JOSCAR, Street Cranexpress has also achieved the SafeContractor accreditation. We have proudly maintained this independent verification since 2007 – a testament to our unwavering focus on safety.
SafeContractor is one of the UK’s leading third-party accreditation schemes, assessing businesses on their health and safety practices, environmental management, and ethical conduct. To retain the accreditation, we undergo regular reviews to ensure our systems and procedures remain up to date and in line with best practice procedures.
The nature of our work – which often involves complex lifting operations, on-site engineering, and working in challenging environments – means that safe working practices must be adhered to for the protection of our colleagues, customers and property. The SafeContractor seal of approval is an external confirmation that we continue to meet the highest industry standards, not just in the field but also in our planning, training, and organisational culture.
