Type of Project: Valet and Wash Bay Location: Leeds Client Brief: Extension of existing car wash to include 1 additional wash bay and 2 new valet bays. Our Solution: Utilising a combination of lightweight cold rolled steel frame and corrugated sheets to form an extension that incorporated a division wall to isolate the valet and wash bay. We were able to offer a cost-effective solution that met the needs of the client, who specifically requested silver RAL 9006 single skin sheets with an anti-condensation drip on the roof. We also ensure the bay was fully lined to prevent any water from penetrating the valet bay next door.
