Type of Project: Storage Building with Office Space Location: Newcastle Client Brief: For our third time working with this client, see another project here that required a 24m x 38m steel-framed storage facility. Our Solution: Utilising our lightweight cold rolled lattice we were able to span 24m clear without the need for any propped columns, As part of the contract, we also supplied a link building between the new storage facility and an existing warehouse, also completed by us. Standard composite cladding 120mm on the roof and 80mm on the sides, with associated flashing and rainwater goods.
