Type of Project: Storage / Workshop Location: North Yorkshire Client Brief: The design was predominantly architect-led with a requirement for 50% workshop and 50% storage space. Our Solution: Priding ourselves on being able to alter our designs to meet the client’s needs we pitched the roof at 25o to accommodate manoeuvring of a large marquee, one of the sizeable items our client required ability to store. Including a varying sized centre bay in the design allowed our client the option to include a mezzanine floor at a later stage should they require. The workshop area was fully insulated and housed a fabric table section for cutting and sewing the marquees. Our design included several large windows allowing plenty of natural light into the workshop area.
