Storage Facility

Type of Project: Storage Facility Location: Newcastle Client Brief: A storage facility built onto an existing car park. Our Solution: This project was required to be on-site within 3-4 weeks as the client needed the storage for the train wiring loom. As we were using the existing concrete floor of the car park, we needed to make each lightweight column suit the sloping levels. We drilled the existing car park slab to accommodate the holding down bolts. The cold-rolled frame building erection and cladding was completed within two weeks, putting us one week ahead of schedule. We have now completed a further two buildings for this client.
