The start of 2011 brings greater product development and simulation capabilities to PSL after purchasing the latest edition of cf design. This software is the industry standard for any thermal or flow analysis needs. It cuts design time by reducing the amount of prototyping while increasing the level of accurate feedback seen at simulation. Its full integration with AutoCAD Inventor 2011 makes it possible to take any design and create a detailed analysis for both thermal and flow characteristics of any application. CFD, supplied by Blue Ridge Numerics, was recently acquired by Autodesk, Creating and even stronger tie between CAD and CFD. PSL now has the capability to run scenarios under all flow conditions, drilling down to chip locations where required and analysing thermal spread, pressure and velocity conditions.With Inventor integrated with CFD we can immediately change the physical conditions of a proposed thermal solution to optimize the cooling conditions to perfectly meet real world conditions.
