Chromate Conversion

Chromate conversion coats metal surfaces using a chemical reaction. Chromate Conversion forms a complex chromate film over the entire metal surface. At Protech we use hexavalents Alocrom 1200 and Alocrom 1000 as well as Iridite NCP and Surtech 650. These are trivalent or chromium free. We typically apply the solution by immersion, though we can apply it by brush if this is more appropriate. Please contact us regarding our Chromate Conversion services
