Pioneer sales and development team welcome Susan Grigg

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Susan and we are excited with the breadth of knowledge and experience that Susan has gathered over her years of experience within many facets of the fenestration industry. We asked Susan for her comments; “Susan Grigg born in the Stone age… OK, I will be serious… I have worked within the Window Industry for around 30 years now and over that time have held positions in; Retail sales and then went on to various positions in trade and commercial sales….additionally, I have also worked for a profile company so would like to think that I have an all round proficiency in the pvcu industry, and along the way (and in a effort to understand my clients needs and requirements)… I have manufactured a window and even fitted one… yes honestly!! Working with clients on a one to one basis, aiding in supporting and moving companies forward I find rewarding. I enjoy building solid client relationships and always try to do my utmost to aid in their growth, success and happiness.”
