David joined us in March 2013 as an apprentice and completed both: GQA Level 2 in glass related operations GQA Level 2 NVQ in fabrication of glass supporting structures Both David and the company benefit from the training supported internally by our training team at Pioneer and external support. Training internally covered the whole range of activities here at Pioneer from Health and Safety & Fabrication through to final quality inspection. This is all documented and submitted to the external company for verification. “The only way to produce a quality product competitively is by investing in our staff and developing their skill set.
