The Sirman Vegetable Processor TM1 is a versatile machine capable of preparing up to 220kg of fresh vegetables or fruit per hour. This vegetable processor includes 2x slicing discs, 1 grating disk, 1 julienne blade and a storage basket. It has an aluminium alloy and stainless steel construction with a heavy duty ventilated motor. The feeding system on this Sirman vegetable processor makes it easy to process soft products like mozzarella cheese. This machine is very safety conscious; the motor stops when the lever is lifted and the machine does not start if cover is not in place and it has a 300 rpm.
