This slicer is also very easy to clean, as there is a large distance between the blade and the machine. For safety this Sirman Palladio slicer has a permanently-mounted knife guard. While for ease of use and precision cutting, this slicer has an adjustable thickness of cut. This food slicer, with its 350mm 14” blade, can cut between 0 - 30mm and has a built in sharpening tool with bottom protection.
