The design and speed of the cutters on this mincer help keep the meat cold as it passes through the machine, with the minimum amount of meat retained after use. A reverse switch enables the user to free any meat without dismantling the cutting group. This feature allows the operator to change the type of meat without having to spend the time dismantling the mincer. The 6mm mincing plate produces 150-170kg of mince per hour.
