The Roller Grill Cast Iron Griddle PSF600 has two independent cooking areas and is ideal for cooking food such as meat, bacon, fish, hamburgers, sausages, onions, fried eggs and omelettes, which are cooked via thermostatic control. This Roller Grill griddle takes just 15 minutes of pre-heating before the cast iron plates reach cooking temperature; this is due to the incoloy spiral heating elements. The griddle has a removable drip clean that is capable of collecting up to 1litre of juice and grease before it needs to be cleaned.
