All T&S Pre-Rinse units are manufactured and tested to the very highest specification, these include a forged body to eliminate any pinholes and other defects. All cartridges and inlets are assembled and installed at the factory. Cartridges are the Eterna type and have been tested in excess of several million cycles without failure. The inner liner is N.S.F and WRAS approved Polyurethane, with a stainless steel convoluted outer sleeve; this with the Stainless Steel Spring has been tested with a cycle pull down of 10" and a typical life is 1 million cycles. The spray valve is factory assembled with a Brass interior. The valve has been compression tested in excess of 250,000 times without failure. The valve handle is robust yet stylish in design, the stainless steel compressed safety return spring strengthens the unit and holds the spray valve at the correct height with maximum flexibility. The unit is supplied with an adjustable wall bracket, fixing screws and full installation instructions. P.R.U with 12" add on faucet and energy saving spray valve.
