This mixer is quiet operating and has a fully integrated timer and a stainless steel bowl capacity of 7.5 litres. It is recommended for use in bakeries, hotels, restaurants and canteens. This mixer comes complete with an emergency stop button and a plastic safety guard with ingredient chute. This planetary mixer comes supplied with bowl, beater, whisk and dough hook.
