The Metcalfe Planetary Food Mixer SM5 is a countertop food mixer with 5 litre bowl ideal for preparing light dough, pastry, cream, mayonnaise, sauces, crème patisserie, eggs and mashed potato. This planetary mixer comes complete with a beater, whisk and dough hook. The head on the mixer lifts for easy bowl and tool removal and it has a wire safety guard to allow easy addition of liquid to the mixer, plus it has a plastic safety guard with an ingredient cute.
