The Lincat Silverlink Chip Scuttle CS4/G is the same as the Lincat CS4 chip scuttle but incorporates an overhead gantry to heat chips from above and below. The overhead heat lamp imparts a warm glow on the chip dump to present food attractively. This chip scuttle has a removable 1/1 GN sized chip container which can store up to 3kg of chips or fried foods ready for serving for up to 20 minutes. Useful both back of house and front, the Lincat chip scuttle has a removable tank, easy to use temperature dial controls as well as a heavy duty 304 stainless steel construction.
