For the best results with the Lincat counter top fryer, preheat your fryer before use and use a good quality frying oil for best results. The Lincat double fryer holds 4 litres of oil in each fryer and is capable of producing 17 kgs/37 lbs of frozen chips per hour and 21kgs/46 lbs of chilled chips. Lincat recommend for your commercial fryer that to prolong oil life, remove frying baskets and cover with lids when not in use. Also remove food residues during use to reduce oil discolouration and flavour impairment. This Lincat fryer is easy to clean, for your convenience, tanks and batter plates are dishwasher safe.
