Part of the Lynx 400 range, the Lincat Lynx Bain Marie 3x4.5ltr Wet Pot LRB3W is perfect for holding sauces, soups, gravy and pre-cooked foods for up to two hours at serving temperature. This Lincat bain marie is suitable for use in the back of a busy commercial kitchen, or for use in the front of house. This Lynx 400 bain marie features adjustable heat control and, simply by removing the tank, this wet heat models can be operated with dry heat. It is supplied with three stainless steel 4.5 litre pots and lids.
