Lincat’s bain maries are an essential part of any well organised kitchen, benefiting both front and back of house in a busy restaurant. This bain marie features adjustable heat control and, simply by removing the tank, this wet heat model can be operated with dry heat. This handy piece of catering equipment is supplied with 100mm deep stainless steel ¼ GN "Super Pan II" containers with lids.
