The Lincat Lynx Bain Marie 4x2.75ltr Dry Containers LBM2 is perfect for use in a busy commercial kitchen or for use front of house during buffets. This Lincat bain marie is capable of holding sauces, soups, gravy and pre-cooked foods for up to 2 hours at serving temperature. Part of the Lynx 400 range of catering equipment, this bain marie is an essential part of any well organised kitchen. It is supplied with four 100mm deep stainless steel ¼ GN "Super Pan II" containers with lids.
