Cocktail Strainer/Sieve.

So simply in concept, but an essential piece of kit for any bartender.  To use just place the cocktail sieve over a glass and empty the contents of your cocktail shaker.  This handy strainer then sieves out the ice and garnish so all that pours into the glass is your cocktail!  This sieve is also used by many baristas when sprinkling toppings on to hot drinks.
