Baco’s lined parchment paper protects food, holding the shape better than foil alone.  This parchment baking paper is foil insulates food – promoting even heating.  Parchment baking paper is freezer and oven safe up to 215 degrees, and can be used with the 4500 Wrapmaster dispenser system if required.   A very versatile baking parchment paper which can be used for baking, roasting, steaming, or simply wrapping.  Each roll of parchment paper for cooking is 30m long.
