From rethinking raw materials to eliminating waste and investing in reforestation, we’re committed to creating products that leave a lighter footprint and a lasting positive impact.
Manufacturing That Drives Results
Our sustainable production model is the backbone of our sustainable innovation. Recently named Best Manufacturer at the BizX Awards 2025, our facility gives every offcut and leftover thread a second life, transforming them into upcycled yarns and premium textile products. This approach eliminates landfill waste and reduces our overall environmental footprint at every stage of production.
Circular Design That Saves Resources at Scale
Sourcing is everything. We rely on upcycled yarns and OEKO-TEX® certified materials to drastically reduce water usage, carbon emissions, and chemical waste. In 2023 alone, we produced 41,431 pairs of Upcycled Cotton Socks, achieving measurable results:
109,875 kWh of energy saved – That’s enough to fully charge over 9 million smartphones;
45,077 kg of CO₂ emissions avoided – The equivalent of driving a petrol car over 250,000 km, or more than six times around the Earth;
29,437,968 litres of water preserved – Enough to provide drinking water for 40,000 people for a full year;
4,972 m² of landfill space spared – That’s nearly the size of a football field kept free of waste.
Reforesting, Restoring, Rebuilding
True sustainability isn’t just about reducing harm—it’s about giving back. Through our partnership with Greenspark, we helped plant over 23,000 trees for our clients last year. mong the UN-approved initiatives we proudly support are “American Forests” in North America, “Earth Lungs Reforestation” in Kenya, and “Eden Reforestation” in Nicaragua and Honduras. We also proudly back the Big Blue Ocean Cleanup, helping to protect marine ecosystems, reduce pollution, and inspire communities to take action.

Every Kingly product carries a scannable QR code that unlocks its complete sustainability journey. From raw materials to final dispatch, our Cradle-to-Gate tracking system gives customers real-time access to carbon data, traceability, ethical sourcing, and production impact. It’s more than a label—it’s accountability.
Just a year ago, we launched our first video about our sustainability mission—unaware that we were about to become the first sock knitting company in the world to receive EcoVadis Platinum, placing us in the top 1% of sustainable businesses globally.
