£45K - £55K benefits - City of London This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / CRO Manager / Digital Optimisation Manager to be a part of an eCommerce platform that’s expanding internationally with exciting growth plans! As the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / CRO Manager / Digital Optimisation Manager you will take a lead role in driving CRO efforts across the eCommerce platform both in the UK and Internationally. The Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / CRO Manager / Digital Optimisation Manager will : *Design, create and implement an AB/ MVT testing program based on web analytics, data analysis and user’s insights. *Setup analytics, conversion funnels and reporting *Work with Product Development, content and marketing teams to enhance the user experience *Run user testing when necessary to drive UX improvements *Adopt a data-first approach to understand, analyse, report and act on the data available *Work closely with the teaching team! *Suggest changes for conversion rate optimisation and create wireframes for recommended changes The Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / CRO Manager / Digital Optimisation Manager will: *Have 4 years + in CRO, digital analytics or data/insights, either agency or client side *Demonstrate sound knowledge of how to manage CRO programs and a passion for creating a great user experience *Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to influence *Have a degree or equivalent The Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / CRO Manager / Digital Optimisation Manager is a new hire and presents a great opportunity to shape the CRO function and become part of an innovative, talented and results-driven team.
